Dear Sir
I manage the soft facility services for American Express UK buildings,
and I have a building in London which has a problem with its flooring.
The Building is Belgrave House, 76 Buckingham Palace Road, Belgravia,
London and was built less than 5 years ago.
Belgrave House has what we believe to be white marble flooring the stone type is Aurisian Hard Limestone in the
Toilets, walkways and stair cores, which have become heavily stained
with coke, cleaning fluid, uric acid and hand soap. We have tried
several different methods to remove the stains, but they either fade and
then return exactly as before or do not alter at all.
Johnson Diversey recently carried out a chemical clean, but this
although seemed to remove most of the stains, 2 weeks later they
returned exactly as before.
Pioneer, Interclean, Supreme Cleaning have all attempted to resolve the
problem, but alas to no avail.
Please can you recommend a treatment for this flooring and something
that can protect it from stains going forward.
I look forward to hearing from you.
