my tumbled marble installer never cleaned off grout and says since he used epoxy grout he did not have to seal the tumbled marble. how can i prove him wrong. how can i prove the standard practice is to clean the grout off and then seal the stone?

After the tumbled marble is set, the stone should be treated wtih a grout release and then the stone tiles should be grouted, then cleaned properly and then a sealer applied.
