"Flaw," Manmade or Natural?

Amber Fantasy granite (AKA Lady Dream) from Brazil. Has a perfect 12 inch diameter arched "mark" approx 3/16 in wide in form of a semi-circular line. It is the only such mark of this kind on two large slabs of this granite. The 3/16 wide line on close inspection appears to have neat little hatch-markings, and the flaw looks like what you might acquire by jerking a circular blade (saw or polisher), or abruptly stopping one before lifting it from the surface. The mark does not go through the slab, appears to be only on the surface, and is completely unlike any fissures or other characteristics of this stone. Photo depicts this flaw. I am seeking expert opinion as to whether this is possibly manmade or nature. (Reflection is from kitchen window and over-sink light, which makes this flaw readily visible.)

The flaw appears to be man-made.
