Agape Tile Press Release Sept 2006

September 17, 2006

Press Release:

Agape Tile and Mactan Tiles, Dia and Gerona Ventures of Cebu, Philippines announce a strategic alliance.

Agape Tile and Mactan Tile has announced a business alliance for United States sales. Mr. Gaylord Dia of Dia and Gerona Ventures, dba Mactan Tile, has asked Agape to assume the responsibility for sales for the United States. Mactan Tile is a major manufacturer of quality, high-end seashell tile and seamless mesh.

Agape Tile has been handling Mactan's US sales for nearly a year. It was decided to publicize the alliance, as Agape is undergoing a new program for Dealer's in America. Their first dealer opened four months ago. Another dealer store is slated to open at the International Design Center is Estero, Florida in November of 2006, with another on the eastern coast following shortly thereafter.

Mactan's intent was twofold: to increase sales and strive to better serve the needs of customers. Some of the deciding factors were: the longevity of the company (Agape Tile has been in business over twenty years), their in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of materials and techniques, a Fine Art Department for clientele use and their design expertise in the fields of Architectural, Liturgical, Aquatic and Interior Art.

The two key personnel of Agape Tile are: Candace Stidham, Owner, and Stephanie Dittrick, Sales & Marketing Director. Agape Tile is located in Albemarle, North Carolina, with a satellite office in Fort Myers, Florida.

Mr. Dia said: "Agape Tile has been working with us on U.S. sales for more than a year and during that time we have seen our business grow significantly. Their creative genius led us to produce new and innovative shell materials for the U.S. marketplace. To date, we are leading the way. By teaming up with Agape and offering superior customer service, we are able to leverage their expertise to drive our competitive advantage and deliver quality, reliable products and services to our customers in a timely manner. With Agape's artistic talent and product knowledge we can improve customer satisfaction with our quality products, open new avenues of creativity and strengthen relationships with our customers in the United States. Agape Tile was chosen because they articulated a strong vision of the role they wished to play with our products within the design and construction marketplace. This alliance offers Mactan a competitive advantage unmatched in the industry. We are proud to partner with Agape in our drive to satisfy an ever-demanding customer base."

Agape company President, Candace Stidham agreed "this is a strong vote of confidence for us in our fast growing hard-surfaces industry. The additional of Mactan's seashell line is the perfect compliment for our current lines. Mr. Dia is a strong Christian and we are a Christian-based company. This important strategic alliance reflects Mr. Dia's confidence in us as a key partner, and we look forward to a long and fruitful partnership."
